Welcome to Chicks and Muscles! By accessing our website (www.chicksandmuscles.ca), browsing our products, or making purchases, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Chicks and Muscles makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our site. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Products and content are provided on an “as-is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicks and Muscles (including its team members, affiliates, and service providers) disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or any products purchased.
We do our best to display product information and images accurately, but packaging or ingredient updates from manufacturers may not yet be reflected. Always read product labels, warnings, and directions before use. Product details on our website come directly from manufacturers.
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders, Payments & Credit Card Information
All credit card transactions are securely processed via a PCI DSS-compliant system. Your card is charged at checkout, not at shipment. Chicks and Muscles staff cannot view your card details.
Fraudulent or unauthorized payments will result in cancelled orders. We may decline orders made with unverifiable or foreign credit cards.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Site Engagement & User Content
You may leave reviews or comments, but content must not be offensive, illegal, or infringe on others' rights. Spam or malware is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
By posting content, you grant Chicks and Muscles a royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share it in marketing or on our platforms.
Pricing, Taxes & Delivery
Prices are in CAD and exclude applicable GST/HST/PST and delivery fees, which are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice.
We deliver across Canada, typically within 1–15 business days. Shipping delays, especially due to extreme weather, are out of our control.
Price Match Guarantee
We’ll match regular prices from Canadian online competitors for identical items (size, flavor, SKU). Short-dated items excluded unless ours is also short-dated. Contact customer service to request a match. Discounts may not be combined.
Errors
Chicks and Muscles may correct site errors and cancel orders associated with them—even after confirmation or payment. A full refund will be issued if a paid order is canceled.
Order Confirmation & Acceptance
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or cancel orders at our discretion, including those requiring additional verification.
Communication
We may contact you via phone or email about your order. By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Product Availability
Due to high demand, some items may become unavailable. If so, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel unfulfilled orders without penalty. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible—please initiate a return instead.
Orders refused at delivery will result in original shipping costs being charged. During winter (Nov 1–May 1), liquids damaged in transit are non-refundable.
Termination of Use
Accounts violating our Terms may be suspended or terminated without notice. Orders in process may be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused/unopened unless defective. Certain categories (e.g., sexual wellness) may have restricted return policies.
Exchanges must be returned within 30 days or the replacement will be charged.
Defective Merchandise
Returns for defective items are allowed within 30 days. Bulk items cannot be returned if opened. Keep defective products on hand until refund is resolved.
Seasonal Shipping Policies
Winter Policy (Nov 1 – May 1)
We don’t cover damages to liquid items caused by freezing. Order at your own risk.
Summer Policy (May 1 – Sept 30)
Melting due to heat is not covered. Leaking or burst liquid containers will be refunded, but heat-pressurized intact items will not.
Product Expiry
All products are guaranteed to have at least 45 days shelf life. Products with less shelf life will be labeled with a clear BB or EXP tag and are final sale.
Loss of Goods
Responsibility for your order transfers to you upon shipment handoff to the carrier.
Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or operations.
Promotions
Discount codes may require a minimum order and cannot be exchanged for cash. Most offers are limited to one per customer and may not apply to all brands/products. See details on each promotion.
Discounted Order Returns
If you return part of a discounted order, the refund will reflect the proportioned discount.
Legal Disputes
All disputes are governed by Quebec law and will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
Security
Our site uses SSL encryption to protect your data. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
