Please allow 1 to 3 business days for Chicks and Muscles to prepare, pack, and ship your order.
Most packages are shipped within 24 hours, but occasional delays may occur.

Once your package has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be automatically sent to you.

🚚 Shipping within Canada

  • Delivery times: 2 to 5 business days (up to 7 days for remote or rural areas).

  • Shipping fees:

    • FREE for orders of $100 or more, anywhere in Canada.

    • $14.99 for orders under $100.

  • Carriers used: Mainly Purolator, occasionally Canada Post.

  • Drinks and liquids: Flat shipping fee of $29.99 due to product weight. This fee is automatically applied at checkout.

High-value orders may be held for pickup at the carrier’s service point for security reasons. If you do not want this option, please notify us by email with your order number.
Chicks and Muscles is not responsible for stolen packages if pickup is declined.

We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond those announced by the carriers.

At Chicks and Muscles, your satisfaction is our priority.
We accept returns of unopened items within 15 days of the purchase date, provided there is a valid reason. Fees may apply depending on the condition of the product or the reason for return.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@chicksandmuscles.ca with your order number and the item(s) concerned. A member of our team will contact you by phone or email to complete the process.

This includes: bars, bites, chips, drinks, sauces, syrups, and any product considered a food item.
